30 day disc golf putting plan overview

This 30 day disc golf putting plan turns short daily practice into a real habit. The goal is not marathon reps. The goal is a repeatable routine, a pressure finisher, and enough tracking to see whether confidence is building.

Challenge overview

  • 5 warmup putts
  • 20 routine putts from a comfortable distance
  • 20 pressure putts from the edge of confidence
  • 10 finishers: make 2 in a row before ending
  • Mark the day complete
  • Optional note: what distance felt weakest?

How it works

  1. Choose a daily putting window that is easy to repeat.
  2. Warm up, then run routine putts and pressure putts from your current confidence edge.
  3. Finish by making two in a row before you stop.
  4. Mark each day complete and note the distance or miss that needs more work.

30-Day Putting Plan FAQ

Quick answers for players starting this challenge.

How many putts should I practice per day?

This plan uses 55 focused putts per day: 5 warmups, 20 routine putts, 20 pressure putts, and 10 finishers.

Can beginners use this 30-day putting plan?

Yes. Beginners should start closer to the basket and choose a distance where clean routine matters more than forcing long misses.

What distance should I start from?

Start from a comfortable make zone, then set the pressure distance at the edge of confidence where misses begin to appear.

What happens if I miss a day?

Continue the next day and keep tracking. The goal is a better putting habit, not quitting because one day was missed.

How long should a putting practice session be?

Most players can finish this plan in about 10 minutes if the basket and markers are already set.
