Accessibility Statement

Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an engineering target and combine automated checks with keyboard, zoom/reflow, screen-reader-oriented structure, contrast, focus, form-label, and responsive-layout review. This is an ongoing target, not a claim that every page or third-party component is fully conformant at all times.

Features we work to support

• Keyboard access and visible focus for navigation, forms, consent controls, dialogs, product options, and tools.
• Meaningful headings, labels, instructions, status messages, and error identification.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative treatment that does not add noise.
• Readable contrast, browser zoom, text resizing, and mobile/reflow layouts without unnecessary horizontal scrolling.
• Reduced-motion preferences for nonessential animation.
• Captions or equivalent information for essential video and audio content when provided.

Third-party components

Checkout wallets, payment forms, video embeds, maps, shipping tools, and other third-party components may have accessibility behavior controlled by their providers. We still want to know when one creates a barrier so we can offer help, adjust our implementation, or report the issue to the provider.

Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the barrier, browser/device or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or assistance that would work for you. Do not include passwords or full payment details.
